The Simplified Dissolution of Marriage package includes documents and forms you can use to amicably dissolve your marriage if you meet the following criteria listed below. These are NOT the approved Florida Supreme Court forms. These documents are simple, easy-to-use Word documents that a purchaser can edit to fit their unique situation and include easy-to-follow instructions and flow charts to help guide a purchaser along the legal process.

DO NOT PURCHASE unless ALL of the following criteria are TRUE:

  • You and your spouse agree that the marriage cannot be saved.
  • You and your spouse have no minor or dependent child(ren) together.
  • The Wife does not have any minor or dependent child(ren) born during the marriage.
  • The Wife is not pregnant.
  • You and your spouse have worked out how the assets will be divided, how the debts will be paid and you are both satisfied with the division.
  • Neither of you are seeking spousal support (alimony) from the other.
  • You both give up your right to appeal.
  • You both are willing to go to sign the Petition before a notary or at the clerks’ office.
  • You and your spouse are both willing to go to the Final Hearing at the same time.
